Fitness Diary Week 2

Summary:

My initial eagerness faded and my performance was weaker this week, but that’s ok. My main goal was to show up on a regular basis and do my best, and that’s what I’ve been doing. I know that if I stick with it, exercise will become a habit and require less motivation to be consistent. Until then, I am forcing myself to stay on schedule, and I’m trying not to be judgemental about my progress. I’m also not putting pressure on myself to hit my macros and increase my protein intake. One step at a time.

Starting Weight: 94.5lbs

Ending Weight: 95.5lbs
