Fitness Diary Week 1

Summary:

I felt very drained after the first day- I think I got eager and went too hard. By day four, I was adjusting and my quality of sleep improved. Now I fall asleep more quickly, and my husband said that I don’t toss and turn as much as I used to. My strength wasn’t as terrible as I’d thought it would be with 3 years off from working out, but I still have a long way to go to get where I was at my peak.

I am definitely not hitting my macros in terms of protein intake. I’m probably not getting enough calories as well, but I’m not going to worry too much about that unless I begin to feel chronically drained or get under 93lbs. Towards the end of the week, I pulled a muscle in my lower back and it hurt if I bent forward even slightly. I’ve always been skeptical whether or not a massage does anything more than relax me, but I got one anyway and was practically cured.

Starting Weight: 95.5lbs

Ending Weight: 94.5lbs
